I DON’T KNOW HOW THE WHOLE JOB ENVIRONMENT WORKS:  RECRUITERS, INTERVIEWING, OFFERS, PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS, ASKING FOR A RAISE, COMMUNICATING WITH MY BOSS, ETC.:

I was taught that if you worked hard in High School and got a good degree from a good college, I would have a great career.  When I first contacted Mike, I had more questions than answers about how the whole job environment works:  How do I ask for feedback?  What do I do in a performance review?  How can I get a raise?  How do I get promoted?  What do I tell recruiters who contact me on LinkedIn? The list is endless. With the experience Mike has both inside Corporate HR, as a Search Executive and in consulting, he was able to ask great questions and help me navigate through all of this with great success!
